Margaret has always loved working with individuals and supporting their growth process, particularly when making decisions and imagining the next steps in their lives. Engaged by connection and community, she joined MFG knowing that her interactions not only benefited those she helped, but also enriched her own life.

After graduating from the University of Iowa, she taught high school English for several years, while earning her M.A. in higher education. She earned her ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, leveraging these skills to support others more effectively and communicate outcomes with greater clarity.

Margaret and her husband Owen live in North Liberty with their new baby, Nelle. Year-round, you’ll find them exploring the trails with their two big dogs, Ralph and Barry.
